Monday
11/09 - The
week starts on a light-hearted note as the Leo Moon opposes Jupiter
(10:41 AM). There are darker undertones but people are trying to
ignore them for the moment. When the Moon squares Mercury in Scorpio
(1:57 PM) after lunch we may be confronted with certain information
whether we like it or not.
This evening it's back to fantasyland as the Moon opposes Neptune
(7:43 PM). Who says our own interior world is less real than the
craziness we hear on the news everyday?
Tuesday
11/10 - The
Moon enters Virgo at 6:30 AM. The day begins with the best intentions
for plowing in and getting a lot done (Virgo Moon trine Pluto in
Capricorn at 9:11 AM) but this industrious mood doesn't last too
long.
Sun square Jupiter (11:41 AM) kicks in before noon so most
people would rather talk about what they're going to do now than
actually do it. Sun square Jupiter is optimistic, overly
so, with a tendency toward grandiosity, though for most this will
simply be a welcome relief from worries and concerns. OK, we may
have our heads in the sand but sometimes you just have to take a
break.
A Moon/Venus sextile (12:31 PM) make this a very pleasant midday.
The tone is mild, gentle and care-full as people will tend to be
tuned into each other's needs and desires.
Wednesday
11/11 - It's
an interesting day. Mercury trine Uranus (4:39 AM) is usually
super smart and lightening fast in its assessment of situations
but, combined with today's Mercury/Neptune square (5:12 PM),
people may be going off half-cocked, making assumptions based on
faulty information and half truths. Don't jump to conclusions now.
You may have some illuminating insights and revelations but sit
with them a while before announcing it to the world.
This evening's Moon/Uranus opposition (9:57 PM) could bring all
this to a head. You may be in the midst of brain-storming and problem
solving but ill considered speech could send someone off the deep
end. With all the mental activity and stimulation it might be hard
to get to sleep tonight until after the Moon finishes a late sextile
to Mercury (12:13 PM).
Thursday
11/12 - The
Moon enters Libra at 10:22 AM and conjuncts Saturn shortly thereafter
(12:53 PM), casting a pall over this day. We're tuning into the
upcoming Saturn/Pluto square and this week's little bubble
of optimism is ready to burst. Moon conjunct Saturn focuses attention
on our lacks and losses and a square to Pluto (1:12 PM) adds a moody,
grim note. This is quite an unpleasant day. People can be cruel
and unfeeling under these influences.
Friday
11/13
-
The
morning is energetic as a Moon/Mars sextile (7:51 AM) lends motivation
and enthusiasm. The mood warms as the day progresses and the Moon
moves into an expansive trine to Jupiter (7:28 PM), turning this
into a very enjoyable evening.
Saturday
11/14 - The Moon enters Scorpio at 3:24 PM. Today's
Sun/Uranus trine (6:41 PM) is an aspect of energy and innovation.
Uranus encourages us to do our own thing, to act independently and
think for ourselves.
Sunday
11/15

Saturn
square Pluto (7:42 AM) is an important alignment that will be
in effect through August of 2010. Saturn aspects Pluto every seven
or eight years so it is not that unusual but a rather unpleasant
alignment none-the-less. Saturn/Pluto is very authoritarian;
imagine the little dictator in his military uniform and shiny boots.
Saturn/Pluto presents circumstances where freedom is limited
and choice curtailed but usually something you can breeze through
if it's not affecting your personal astrology.
This
time round Saturn/Pluto is involved with a larger formation
of historical proportion, as it is one wing of the t-square that
is forming between Saturn, Uranus and Pluto (Saturn opposition Uranus
and Pluto eventually squaring them both). I recently sent out an
extensive article on the Uranus/Pluto square. It's not up
on the web site yet but will get there eventually. This t-square
is building over the next year or so, until the spring of 2011 when
almost all the planets are involved, as it becomes the only game
in town.
The
last times that Saturn and Pluto were involved in an alignment
of this magnitude were: 1. in 1965-1967 and; 2. the early 1930's
when the Great Depression gave rise to growing fascism in Europe.
Sun
square Neptune (4:12 PM) can just be spacey and fantastical
as we prefer to dream the day away. Combined with the Saturn/Pluto
alignment, it brings to mind Sun/Neptune's more covert and
misleading aspects. Things are not what they seem and secret deals
and negotiations are in process.
Yes,
folks. The Recession is over and, how do you like the Emperor's
new clothes?
Well,
if you turn off the news and you haven't been too hard hit economically,
this can be a pleasant day as historical currents pass overhead
like a distant wind. The Moon conjuncts Venus in Scorpio (8:41 AM),
a privately passionate and deeply emotional alignment. Everything
is processed through the feelings and evokes a deep response.
Things
are a bit touchy this afternoon when a Moon/Mars square makes people
edgy and demanding. Desires are strong and tempers flare if satisfaction
is not forthcoming.
Mercury
enters Sagittarius (5:28 PM) for a three week visit. Sag
Mercury is outspoken and likes to talk about politics, philosophy
and ideas in general.

All times are MST (Mountain Standard Time). For EST (Eastern Standard
Time) add two hours. All aspects in bold are major
influences that are in effect for several days. The Moon's daily
aspects are rapidly shifting influences that are in effect for only
a few hours.
