Monday
11/10 - It's
an exhilarating week, a power week. There are major aspects almost
every day. People are still on a high after last week's historic
election, so despite economic concerns almost everyone is feeling
good.
Expansive, generous and friendly, the Sun sextiles Jupiter
(1:55 AM) early Monday setting the tone for the week.
Things get moving this afternoon when the Sun trines dynamic
Uranus (2:21 PM) sparking innovation, inspiration and an undercurrent
of excitement. People are more inclined to take chances and gamble
on bold and daring new ideas and ventures under the combination
of Jupiter and Uranus.
The
evening is rather laid back. This is a good time to do a little
PR though there's a tendency to boast about what we could do rather
than actually getting around to doing it (the Aries Moon squares
Jupiter at 6:00 PM). There may be snow on the ground but there's
plenty of hot air inside.
Tuesday
11/11 - The tone is more practical and disciplined today
as the Sun sextiles sober Saturn (7:25 AM). This is a good
time to work out the details on how to implement yesterday's bright
ideas.
There's
plenty of enthusiasm, intensity and passion, despite (or maybe helped
by) Saturn's grounding influence, as the Moon trines Venus (11:22
AM) and Pluto (12:17 PM) in Sag. This lineup is fiery, idealistic
and fiercely devoted. There's a real crusading spirit here. As Pluto
is about to move back into Capricorn, this is the last time these
two will align in Sag for the next 240+ years.
The Moon enters Taurus at 1:05 PM.
Tonight's Venus/Pluto conjunction (10:53 PM) is an aspect
of great passion. There's a strong desire for love and devotion,
bordering on obsession, to a loved one or to a belief system or
ideology. Venus and Pluto want so much that's its hard to really
satisfy such a great need. Nothing is quite enough.
Wednesday
11/12 - Venus enters practical, ambitious Capricorn
(8:25 AM) this morning. This is a good time for Capricorns who will
be looking their best and aiding their ability to be diplomatic
and charming. Venus will be in Cap until December 7th.
This is quite a day. The Taurus Moon makes a grand trine with Jupiter
in Cap (7:24 PM) and Saturn (8:50 PM) so there's this amazing opportunity
to manifest our dreams now, to take our vision and make it manifest.
Take a chance and just do it.
Revolution
is in the air as Jupiter sextiles Uranus (10:39 PM) tonight,
finishing up an aspect that was a strong influence this spring when
Jupiter and Uranus traveled within one degree of each other for
over two and a half months (mid March through the beginning of June)
laying the groundwork for this culmination. Jupiter/Uranus
is a liberating influence, encouraging people to break away from
outmoded restrictions and do their own thing. Jupiter/Uranus
represents the freedom fighter, the adventurer, the free-spirited
individualist kicking the status-quo to the curb and following his
own dream. The week began with the Sun aspecting Jupiter and Uranus
and this radical influence is definitely the theme of the week.
The Moon is Full in Taurus tonight at 11:17 PM and, as one
could well imagine with everything that's going on, this is quite
a powerful and auspicious Full Moon.
Thursday
11/13 - There's a dreamy aftermath to all that intense
Full Moon energy as the Sun squares Neptune (5:32 AM) this
morning. It's hard to wake up and get going. People are spaced out
and distracted but there are things that require our attention around
mid morning when the Moon opposes Mars (10:13 AM). Unfortunately
everyone is still pretty ungrounded and we all start running into
doors and each other, meanwhile losing car keys, the to-do list
and everything else that isn't nailed down. Try to keep it simple
today, if you can.
The
Moon moves into Gemini at 1:11 PM.
Friday
11/14
-
The
day is pretty quiet until this evening when things get hectic. Expect
crazy rush hour traffic, as there'll be more than the usual amount
of detours, delays and accidents (the Gemini Moon squares Uranus
at 6:59 PM and Saturn at 8:40 PM). Do yourself a favor and keep
driving or traveling to a minimum this evening. Boom, crash, bang.
Things
mellow out later when the Moon trines Neptune (11:19 PM) but this
mainly looks good for a good night's sleep.
Saturday
11/15 - People
are rather cranky and demanding today (the Gemini Moon opposes Pluto
at 12:17 PM and Venus at 7:32 PM). A quiet morning at home helps
soothe the savage beast. This is one of those days when you can't
possibly please everyone so you might as well please yourself.
The
Moon moves into Cancer at 12:52 PM.
Things
look up later this evening when Mercury makes a trine to Uranus
(11:27 PM). This should be a fun Saturday night. Get out and shake
a leg. Interesting company and conversation make this a stimulating
night out. And for those stay at home types, Mercury/Uranus
hatches many a brilliant idea.
Sunday
11/16
-
So,
this turns out to be quite an interesting weekend. Communication
is favored and everyone's IQ seems to go up several points under
the favorable influence of Mercury, the planet that represents the
mind and our thought processes.
Mars moves out of Scorpio and enters Sag (1:27 AM).
Mars in Scorpio tends to act behind the scenes. Sagittarius brings
Mars out of hiding and favors sports and all types of athletic activity.
(Skiing starting a bit early this year? Time for a winter exercise
program?) Mars in idealistic Sag (11/16 to 12/26) stimulates our
wanderlust so maybe its time for a little trip.
Mercury in Scorpio sextiles Jupiter (9:00 AM) and Saturn
(5:28 PM). If you need to do some research, write a paper or make
some progress on that novel this is the time to do it. Ideas abound
and words flow easily. Concentration is no problem and writer's
block disappears. On the less serious side, this is a great time
to exchange ideas and share conversation and good times with friends
and colleagues.

All times are MDT (Mountain Daylight Time). For EDT (Eastern Daylight
Time) add two hours. All aspects in bold are major
influences that are in effect for several days. The Moon's daily
aspects are rapidly shifting influences that are in effect for only
a few hours.
