- How
much does an astrological reading cost and what information is
required?

A
Birth
Chart is $150. You receive a color copy of your birth chart
and a 90 minute cassette recording. This includes an explanation
of your birth chart, a discussion of the astrological influences
that have been affecting you recently and an indepth look at
the up-coming year.
In
order to have your chart done you need to have your date, place
of birth and a birth time that is as accurate as possible.
It is still possible to do a chart for those who simply do not
have access to their birth time. This is called a Solar
Chart and is usually calculated for noon on the day
of birth. There is still an great amount of information available
from a solar chart, though some of the finer points of event
timing are not.

I live across the country can I still get my chart done?
I do phone readings for clients all over the country
and overseas as well. To make an appointment call
575.758.4850 and leave a message.
lf you're in the US, I will call you and tape our session. You
receive the tape and a copy of your chart. If you live outside
of the US you will need to call me for our session.-

if I already have my chart?
- An
Update is a great way to get an idea
of what your next year will be like. This includes a look at your
transits (where the planets are in the sky right now
and how they're affecting you) and progressions
(inner development). An update also includes a look at the past
year and what astrological influences have been in effect.

Solar Return is a chart
for your upcoming year,
usually done at birthday time. This chart is calculated for the
time of the Sun's yearly return to the exact place it was when
you were born. A Solar Return shows what the important issues
of your personal new year will be.
The charge for an Update or Solar Return is
$100 per hour.
- Are
there different kinds of astrology charts?
There are many different kinds of astrology charts
and branches of astrology. After having your own natal chart done
you may be interested in having the chart of a loved one or family
member.-
- A
Chart Comparison (between two birth charts) will show you
how compatible you really are. It reveals the strong points and
the weaknesses of your relationship.
This can help you understand and relate to each other better.
Of course you want to know how compatible you are with your lover
but a chart comparison can also help you in relating to a child,
parent or business partner. This branch of astrology is called
synastry.

charge for a Chart Comparison is $150 for a one hr reading. You
receive a tape of our reading and copies of both charts.
Locational Astrology
is very popular. People often have a locational chart done when
they're thinking about moving or doing business in a new place.
This branch of astrology is based on the idea that each place
brings out a different side of your personality, therefore evoking
quite different experiences. A chart is done for the new locale,
calculating the chart as if you'd been born there. An accurate
birth time is vital for this type of astrology. These are often
called Relocation Charts.
You can also have a chart done when you're
trying to time a special event for an auspicious out-come. Often
people will want an astrologer to look for the best possible
date for a wedding, trip or business venture.
If your chart information is already on file the charge for these
types of readings is:
$50 per 1/2 hour.
- What
can I expect from an astrology reading?
An astrology chart shows much about our early family
life and how our experience has shaped us. It reveals the many
different sides of our personality and how they work, or don't
work, together. Astrology gives us a whole new language in which
to understand human psychology, bringing into the light of consciousness
information about ourselves that we may have felt emotionally
but not been able to find words for. It is tremendously validating
and empowering.
The first part of the reading is dedicated
to understanding the birth (natal) chart. Actually one could easily
do two or three initial readings just to get a handle on the immense
amount of information available in the birth chart.
The second half of the reading is focused on how current astrological
alignments, called transits, have been affecting
you recently and what to expect in the coming year.
